Reports to: Senior Assessment Delivery Manager

Salary: £41,428 plus excellent benefits

Closing Date: 23rd October 2026

Please note, this role is fixed-term until December 2027

About the role:

The Delivery Support Manager maintains smooth, compliant, high-quality End-Point Assessment (EPA) delivery. Additionally, you will guide EPA Department colleagues and CMI stakeholders on service delivery processes to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Line manage an established customer support team, overseeing performance, training, and service delivery to all stakeholders.
  • Manage daily EPA operations across apprenticeship standards and serve as an escalation point.
  • Allocate live and at-risk assessments by leveraging assessor capacity.
  • Investigate and resolve EPA customer complaints and queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and process notes per regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Monitor SLAs and processes to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to guide customers through EPA, including Gateway and scoping reviews.
  • Support workforce planning by gathering forecasting and capacity data.
  • Implement process and system changes, set standard operating procedures, and train stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
