THIS POSITION IS NIGHT SHIFT, WORKING 14H, 2 SHIFTS PER WEEK, 7H SHIFT

What we expect from you:
Our delivery team leaders ensure that the business is run efficiently by encouraging the team and controlling the product and commerciality of the store. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage that the delivery is executed in the most efficient way and in line with the target productivity.
- Overlook and maintain excellent standards in the stockroom processing overstock in the correct order following company guidelines.
- Ensure the replenishment is actioned accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the delivery product is scanned thoroughly through RFID with any discrepancies being accounted for.
- Responsible for the confirmation of all delivery notes in all 3 departments.
- Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store at all times.
- To be responsible for the maintenance of store’s electronic devices, telephones, iPods, bluebirds.
- Motivate and develop your team.
- Be an ambassador for our company’s sustainability project.
