Delivery Team Manager | Hybrid (Reading or Birmingham) | £50k–£55k + Quarterly Bonus
💰 Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 basic + Quarterly Bonus Scheme
📍 Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in Reading or Birmingham offices)

The Role at a Glance
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will own the operational engine behind the delivery team. You won't be bogged down in technical delivery; instead, you’ll be orchestrating the people, processes, and metrics that make the team succeed.
- People Leadership: Full line management lifecycle—hiring, 1-on-1s, career progression paths, and performance management.
- Operational Governance: Owning resource scheduling, capacity forecasting, and delivery methodology standardisation.
- Commercial Insight: Tracking billable utilisation, project margins, and time-to-value to keep the engine profitable and efficient.
- Strategic Oversight: Managing high-level client escalations and portfolio health reporting.

- Proven background leading delivery, implementation, or agency/consulting teams in a SaaS, Professional Services, or Agency setting.
- Commercially fluent—you understand billable hours, scope management, and utilisation targets inside and out.
