Role Purpose

The Delivery Technical Lead, EMEA is a newly created role, established following the promotion of the SVP, Delivery, EMEA to SVP, EMEA. The role takes on the technical delivery leadership responsibilities previously held by the SVP and is accountable for setting and maintaining the technical standards that govern how IAM engagements are delivered across the region.

The Delivery Technical Lead works alongside the Delivery Management Operations Lead and the Delivery Run Lead as one of three peer leads reporting to the SVP, EMEA, jointly setting the standards for the EMEA delivery organisation. While the Delivery Run Lead owns the day-to-day running of Managed Services and the Delivery Management Operations Lead owns delivery governance and operations, this role is the senior technical authority for delivery — leading the IAM Delivery, EMEA Team Leads and, through them, a technical delivery organisation of circa 25 consultants, analysts and architects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery Leadership & Standards

  • Delivery Methodology & Standards — own and continuously evolve the technical delivery methodology and standards applied across IAM Delivery, EMEA.
  • Technical Authority — act as the senior technical authority for delivery in the EMEA region, owning architecture decisions, technical risk and delivery quality across engagements.
  • Consistency Across Teams — standardise ways of working across IAM Delivery, EMEA so that customers receive a consistent standard of technical delivery regardless of which team or Team Lead is engaged.
  • Coaching & Succession — coach and develop the Team Leads, identifying strengths and development needs and contributing to succession planning across the technical delivery organisation.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Leading the Team Leads — provide direct leadership to the IAM Delivery, EMEA Team Leads, and through them technical leadership to the wider team of circa 25 consultants, analysts and architects.
  • Performance Culture — set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instill a high-performance culture built on technical excellence, ownership and teamwork. Company values should be both demonstrated and baked into the culture.

Technical Escalation, Quality & Assurance

  • Technical Escalation — act as the senior technical escalation point for complex delivery and architecture issues raised by IAM Delivery, EMEA or customers.
  • Quality & Technical Assurance — review delivery quality and technical assurance across engagements, ensuring adherence to ProofID's delivery methodology and technical standards.
  • Pre-Sales Input — support pre-sales with technical delivery input into statements of work, estimates and resourcing for new and expanding engagements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
