An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast-paced Marketing Team as a Digital Trade Executive at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.

The Delivery Trade Executive will be responsible for managing and optimising our third-party delivery platforms, driving revenue growth and ensuring a high-quality guest experience across multiple markets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage key delivery platforms including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Supper, ensuring menus, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimised
  • Monitor performance and KPIs, using data and insights to drive sales, improve margins, and increase visibility
  • Identify and deliver commercial opportunities to grow revenue across regions
  • Build strong relationships with delivery partners and maximise partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and align delivery activity with wider campaigns
  • Conduct regular platform audits and implement improvements to enhance performance

About you:

  • Experience managing delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or similar
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth and performance
  • Confident working with data, KPIs, and performance insights
  • Highly organised with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
