Role Overview

This role focuses on shaping, mobilising, and delivering complex technology‑enabled change for clients, applying strong programme, portfolio, and project management disciplines. You will work across the full delivery lifecycle- from mobilisation and planning through execution, assurance, transition and benefits realisation- bringing structure to complex problems and maintaining a clear focus on outcomes and value. Depending on your experience, you may lead major workstreams or entire projects, or take wider accountability for complex programmes and portfolios. At more senior levels, you will advise executive sponsors, assure delivery quality, lead multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to developing both colleagues and long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and mobilise projects, programmes and workstreams, defining outcomes, scope, delivery approach, governance and measures of success.
  • Establish and manage robust PPM controls, including integrated plans, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, change and benefits.
  • Lead multidisciplinary client, supplier and internal teams, removing blockers, maintaining delivery momentum and holding stakeholders to account for agreed outcomes.
  • Provide clear, concise and decision-ready reporting, options and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, offering constructive challenge and supporting stakeholders through competing priorities and delivery trade-offs.
  • Tailor predictive, Agile and hybrid delivery methods to the specific client context and engagement needs.
  • Anticipate delivery challenges, diagnose root causes and intervene early to maintain or recover delivery performance.
  • Manage delivery quality and commercials (scope, budgets, forecasts, resources) while contributing to proposals, statements of work and continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
