Delivery / Account Manager (Tech & Go-To-Market Recruitment)

Manchester (Spinningfields) | Permanent | £35,000–£60,000 DOE + uncapped commission

If you’re a strong delivery recruiter who loves filling roles and building trusted client relationships—but you’re tired of cold-start business development—this is the opportunity to work on high-value, retained projects with a market-leading brand behind you.

We’re partnering with a globally established tech recruitment business (founded in 1996, ~60 consultants across the UK and US) that is scaling rapidly following a management buyout. Their focus is Go-To-Market hiring across SaaS and enterprise technology, covering Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Pre-Sales and Customer Success across the UK, Europe and North America.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Deliver permanent hires across GTM and technical GTM functions.
  • Work on retained and exclusive projects with multiple live vacancies.
  • Partner with dedicated Business Development colleagues who generate new client relationships.
  • Build deep candidate networks and become a genuine market specialist.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team that actively shares jobs and candidates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
