At Westcoast

We take pride in distributing some of the most renowned global IT brands to resellers, retailers, and organizations across the UK and beyond. As an innovative and inclusive company, we thrive on teamwork and the diverse talents of our people. We invite you to turn your passion into a rewarding career with us!

The Job Role

We are looking for a driven individual with a background in IT sales, ideally with experience in selling datacentre infrastructure, storage, networking, and associated services but not crucial. You’ll be responsible for growing and developing business through Dell partners by aligning with Dell’s ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) strategy—focusing particularly on storage and compute solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include

  • Build strong commercial relationships with allocated partners, aligning with Dell ISG priorities within the Dell Gold and Authorised Space
  • Develop partner growth plans, focusing on increasing Dell solution adoption
  • Manage partner accreditations and certifications, ensuring alignment with Dell programme requirements
  • Proactive outreach expected to lapsed and new Westcoast Dell Partners
  • Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders across partners, Dell, and Westcoast—both virtually and at times in person
  • Leverage internal resources (e.g., inside sales, presales, solution architects) to maximise partner support and sales outcomes
  • Manage pipeline effectively, including forecasting and opportunity tracking across partner and vendor accounts
  • Drive opportunity development and deal closure—expanding Dell’s share of wallet across your partner’s customer base
  • Promote and manage Dell incentive programmes and promotions within your partner’s sales teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
