ABOUT THE ROLE
Become a Deloitte Brand Ambassador!
We’re back with an incredible opportunity to develop your skills, build your network, and boost your employability!
This Brand Ambassador Programme is designed for students who are passionate about Deloitte and want to enhance their personal and professional growth while positioning themselves for future opportunities at the company. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in promoting Deloitte on your university campus while receiving exclusive training, networking opportunities, and earn some money along the way. If you know your campus inside out and love engaging with students, we want to hear from you!
WHAT DOES A BRAND AMBASSADOR DO?
Your role is to promote Deloitte and their career opportunities to students at your university through exciting and creative initiatives, including:
- Social media promotion
- Hosting impactful 'Watch Parties'
- Lecture shout-outs
- Building relationships with female societies and faculty members
- And much more!
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- £14.24 per hour plus bonuses & prizes throughout the campaign
- Flexible hours, with approximately 26 hours of work distributed from September 2026 to March 2027

- In-person training day on Wednesday 2nd September with Higherin & Deloitte – develop key skills and network with professionals
- Regular calls and group catch ups with the Higherin team and other Deloitte brand ambassadors

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re after motivated, proactive, and well-connected students on campus who are excited to represent Deloitte on campus. Ideally, you’ll be:
- In your 2nd or penultimate year (as of September 2026)
- Passionate about Financial Services and helping others achieve their career goals
- Confident in posting and scheduling engaging, professional social media content
- Strong event management and organisational skills, with experience hosting and coordinating events on campus
- Actively involved in university societies, particularly female societies and those within Deloitte’s career path such as:
- Accounting
- Banking
- Business
- Economics
- Finance
- Mathematics
- Women in Banking/Business/Finance/STEM/Tech
- Women Students
- Women’s Network
- Women's Empowerment
- Women’s Society
- Must be eligible to work in the UK

Please note: Selection will be based on the highest calibre of applications received per university. For this role, we are only recruiting from the universities listed above.

HOW TO APPLY
First Stage - Apply online, Complete your application form below to get started
Second Stage - Complete a Deloitte-specific promotion task. This will involve submitting a short video to help promote a Deloitte on-campus event and encourage student attendance
Third Stage - A video interview with the Higherin team
Final Stage - Successful candidates will be offered the role and join the programme
We will provide compulsory training for anyone that is successful in gaining the role. Training will take place on Wednesday 2nd September at Deloitte's Birmingham office. Attendance is mandatory unless there is personal circumstances.
