Job Title: Demand & Lead Generation Marketing Manager
Location: UK– Hybrid
Reports to: Head of Marketing Operations
Type: Contract Role
Package: £300 per day
Equals Five is looking for highly strategic and results-driven Demand & Lead Generation Marketing Manager to lead Equals Five’s client’s demand generation strategy.
This role is focused on designing and building a high-performance revenue engine that drives qualified pipeline, accelerates conversion, and delivers measurable revenue growth through modern demand frameworks and AI-accelerated workflows.
You will work in close partnership with the Content Marketing Manager to transform high-value content into targeted campaigns, non-linear nurture journeys, and lead generation initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand and lead generation strategy aligned with Equals Five’s client’s revenue growth objectives.
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive both inbound and outbound leads and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to turn thought leadership and insights into lead-generating assets
- Develop and optimise lead funnels including awareness, acquisition, nurture, and conversion stages.
- Ensure the tech stack and AI tools are fully leveraged to maximise pipeline velocity and campaign performance.
- Implement marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns, digital marketing channels, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales and recruitment leadership to align marketing activity with commercial goals.
- Build sales prospecting campaigns and cadence strategies.
- Monitor and optimise conversion rates across landing pages, campaigns, and marketing funnels.
- Track campaign performance and continuously improve marketing ROI.

Demand Generation & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop lead magnets including reports, guides, and industry insights.
- Execute account-based marketing and sales (ABMS) strategies targeting key prospects.
- Oversee paid and organic campaign performance.
- Build structure marketing and sales nurture programmes.
Analytics & Performance
- Measure marketing performance including lead volume, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Monitor marketing KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Use insights and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular reporting on marketing impact and pipeline generation.
Core Skills & Competencies:
Must be proficient in and possess a working knowledge of the following skills and competencies:
- 10+ years’ experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B growth marketing.
- Proven success building demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Deep understanding of account-based marketing and sales (ABMS) strategies for targeting key prospects.
- Experience working within technology, consulting, or professional services environments
- Strong campaign strategy and performance marketing experience.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journeys.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate with content teams and commercial leaders.

Preferred Tools:
- Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo or similar)
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pipedrive or similar)

Collaboration
This role will collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager, sales and business development teams, internal subject matter experts, and external marketing partners where required
