Shepton Mallet | Framptons Ltd | Full-time, permanent: 40 Hours | Starting salary from £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on candidate and experience

Framptons is looking for a Demand & Customer Service Manager to join our team in Shepton Mallet and take ownership of a newly created role at the heart of our customer demand, forecasting and service performance processes.

With more than 125 years of manufacturing heritage, Framptons is one of the UK’s largest producers of plant-based drinks. As we continue to develop our planning capability, customer partnerships and supply chain maturity, this role will be central to improving how we forecast demand, understand service performance and make joined-up commercial and operational decisions.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, customer collaboration and cross-functional influence. You will work closely with customers, Commercial, Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Finance and the Senior Management team to create a clearer view of demand, risks, opportunities, inventory requirements and future service expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
