Adoreboard

Adoreboard is a Belfast-born AI company helping enterprises turn customer experience into measurable revenue outcomes. Our clients include Fortune 1000 organisations across financial services, healthcare, and other high-churn industries in the US, UK, and Australia.

We’re building our sales and demand generation function for scale, and we’re looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Associate to help execute campaigns that create qualified pipeline and drive growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll take B2B lead generation campaigns from planning through to performance reporting. You’ll manage timelines, write conversion-focused copy, build campaign assets, support webinars and events, and track results to improve future campaigns.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Corporate Marketing, and the BDR/BDM teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with outbound activity and deliver real business impact.

What You’ll Do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
