Demand Generation Associate
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive
We're working with an innovative, fast-growing AI technology company that's expanding its Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business working with enterprise clients across multiple international markets, where your work will have a direct impact on pipeline growth and commercial success.
The Role
As a Demand Generation Associate, you'll be responsible for executing end-to-end B2B demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you'll take campaigns from planning through to reporting, ensuring every activity is optimised for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage multiple integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
- Create compelling copy for email campaigns, landing pages, digital advertising and social media.
- Build and manage landing pages, marketing automation workflows and campaign assets using HubSpot and WordPress.
- Support webinars, podcasts and virtual events, including promotional campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics and produce actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns generate qualified pipeline.

You'll ideally have:
- 2+ years' experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution or demand generation, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent copywriting skills across digital marketing channels.
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) and WordPress.
- Knowledge of campaign analytics, Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Experience managing LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns.
- A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in marketing performance and lead generation.
