Demand Generation Campaign Manager
What will you do
We’re going through an exciting brand transformation and are looking for a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to play a key role in making this transition a success. In this position, you’ll help introduce our new brand to the market, maintain the trust and recognition we’ve built with customers, and drive demand that supports business growth.
If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution, working across multiple marketing channels, and delivering measurable business impact, this could be a great opportunity for you.
How will you do it
- Execute a significant demand generation program on time and within budget to achieve a defined marketing sourced pipeline target
- Achieve agreed brand awareness and linkage targets with former brand
- Monitor and report the business impact of the transition, demonstrating no material adverse effect on customer retention, conversion rates, win rates, or pricing performance.
- Exceed pre-rebranding inbound lead levels within 12 months of launch.
- Deliver a seamless customer transition that preserves trust and minimizes brand confusion.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Proven track record managing multi-channel demand generation programs with measurable pipeline impact
- Strong expertise in paid media strategy, campaign execution
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
- Experience using funnel metrics and marketing analytics to drive decision-making and improve results.
- Ability to manage complex marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders, agencies, budgets, and timelines.
- Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and market activation.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred
- Experience in record managing six- to seven-figure, multi-channel demand generation programs
- Experience from B2B sector, preferably in security
