The Role
Referment is working with an enterprise AI software company serving logistics and supply-chain teams with tools that automate complex, data-heavy workflows.
This role owns the top-of-funnel engine for a specialist enterprise market. You will set and execute the demand strategy, build account-based programmes for long sales cycles and connect campaign activity directly to qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Design an end-to-end demand generation strategy across awareness, account engagement and opportunity acceleration.
- Build targeted ABM programmes for freight forwarders, logistics providers and complex enterprise buying groups.
- Run integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, outbound, webinars, conferences and other relevant channels.
- Own HubSpot operations, lead nurturing, funnel hygiene, attribution, forecasting and budget performance.
- Align SDR, Sales, Product Marketing and product stakeholders around shared pipeline priorities.

What We're Looking For
- A proven record building enterprise SaaS demand generation in a scale-up environment.
- Hands-on ABM expertise and experience supporting six-to-twelve-month sales cycles and high-value contracts.
- Strong HubSpot and modern revenue-stack capability, with decisions grounded in conversion, attribution and ROI.
- Credibility in logistics or supply chain, or the demonstrated ability to learn the sector rapidly.
- The influence to align cross-functional teams without relying on formal reporting lines.
