Summary

Are you a proactive marketing professional with a passion for creating engaging content, running impactful campaigns and supporting business growth?

We're looking for a Demand Generation Executive to join our growing IT Services business. Working closely with Sales, Product and key stakeholders, you'll play an important role in raising market awareness, engaging customers and generating opportunities across priority sectors including Defence, Critical Infrastructure and Network Services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking, helping to deliver campaigns that support customer engagement, lead generation and business growth.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives across key target markets
  • Creating high-quality content including presentations, case studies, capability statements, campaign assets and customer-facing materials
  • Managing and scheduling digital content across channels including LinkedIn, email and website platforms
  • Working closely with sales teams to support account priorities, growth campaigns and customer engagement activities
  • Coordinating campaign follow-up activity to ensure enquiries and leads are effectively captured and progressed
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights on engagement, enquiries, conversions and website activity
  • Developing compelling customer-focused messaging that translates technical solutions into clear business value
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events, exhibitions and customer engagement activities
  • Conducting market, customer and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth

What we’re looking for:

We're looking for someone who is organised, creative and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in how marketing can support business development and revenue growth.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create professional, engaging and customer-focused content
  • Experience or knowledge of marketing, campaign coordination, lead generation or sales support activities
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, develop and contribute new ideas

Desirable

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
  • Experience within a demand generation, marketing, sales support or bid environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools or campaign management software
  • Interest in B2B marketing, customer engagement, sales enablement or business development
