Demand Generation Executive / London / Hybrid 3 days / £35,000 + Bonus

A private equity-backed, leading international media organisation is looking for a Demand Generation Executive to join a newly created demand generation team supporting ambitious digital growth plans.

As the business continues to invest in digital products, memberships and audience development, you'll play a key role in building awareness and generating demand through LinkedIn-led campaigns, thought leadership and content marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and develop within a modern B2B marketing environment.

The Role

You'll join a newly created Demand Generation team and play a hands-on role in building awareness, growing audiences and generating demand across a portfolio of digital products, memberships and events.

You'll take ownership of LinkedIn as a core demand generation channel, developing both paid and organic campaigns that reach relevant B2B audiences, promote thought leadership and drive engagement. You'll be responsible for turning ideas and content into campaigns that attract the right audiences, testing different approaches and using performance data to continually improve results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
