Demand Generation & Growth Specialist
We're looking for a proactive, personable and commercially minded Demand Generation & Growth Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This is a marketing-led role focused on creating qualified pipeline for Clevertouch's services, software products and event technology solutions. You'll identify organisations that could benefit from our products and services, engage key decision-makers with relevant and personalised outreach, and generate meaningful sales conversations for our consultants and salespeople to nurture and progress.
Unlike a traditional sales development role, this position sits within Marketing and plays a key role in executing our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales to engage target accounts through a combination of research, outbound outreach, event follow-up, social selling and campaign activation.
Success is measured by the quality of conversations you create and the pipeline you help generate. This is not about high-volume cold call, but about targeted, personal communications with the right people in the right organisations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Build Pipeline
- Identify organisations that fit our ideal customer profile, initially for our software products and event technology services, and later for our full-service offering.
- Research a dynamic, named target account list, and the buying groups and key stakeholders within them to uncover potential opportunities.
- Execute personalised outbound outreach via telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales teams.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of engaged prospects across agreed target accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
