Demand Generation Lead | B2B SaaS / FinTech | Bristol | Hybrid
Up to £65,000 + performance bonus & equity
SR2 are supporting a growing Bristol-based FinTech looking for a Demand Generation Lead to take ownership of how they reach, engage and convert new B2B customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding an audience, building targeted campaigns and turning marketing activity into genuine opportunities for Sales. You'll have plenty of freedom to test ideas, shape the approach and build something rather than stepping into a huge established marketing machine.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning B2B demand generation campaigns from initial idea through to delivery and optimisation
- Researching target organisations, audiences and key decision-makers
- Building targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content, events and other channels
- Creating clear, engaging messaging for a complex technology product
- Developing campaigns to engage new prospects as well as nurture colder opportunities
- Working closely with Sales to define, qualify and progress leads
- Using campaign performance and customer insight to continually improve what's working
- Helping build a repeatable demand generation approach as the business grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
