Growth Lead | AI Startup | London/Hybrid
We're partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup that's transforming a traditional industry through automation and intelligent workflows. With multiple paying customers, significant traction already in the market, and major enterprise opportunities in flight, they're now looking for a Growth Lead to build and scale their demand generation engine.
This is an opportunity to become one of the first marketing hires and work directly with the founders to shape the company's growth strategy.
What you'll do
- Own and execute the growth and demand generation strategy from the ground up
- Increase brand awareness and market presence within a fragmented customer base
- Drive inbound pipeline through a mix of content, SEO, PR, events, partnerships and performance marketing
- Work closely with Sales, BDRs and leadership to optimise lead generation and conversion
- Help establish a scalable marketing function as the business grows towards Series A

What we're looking for
- Experience as an early marketing hire within a high-growth B2B startup
- Proven success helping scale a business from Seed through to Series A/B
- Strong demand generation expertise with a hands-on approach to execution
- Broad marketing experience across content, growth, brand and pipeline generation
- Technical curiosity and the ability to understand complex products
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Experience marketing into fragmented or less digitally mature customer groups is highly desirable

Location: London (4 days per week in the office)
Salary: £80,000-£100,000 + Equity + Private Healthcare
