Demand Generation Marketing Manager (Senior)
London, three days a week in the office
Up to £65,000 plus 10% bonus

Internationally established with offices across the globe and backed by one of the world's largest investment firms, this company is a market leader in delivering events, information and media solutions.
The role:
This is a newly created role, so you would be building it rather than inheriting it. You own audience growth: bringing new people in and keeping them engaged all year round, rather than only in the run up to a campaign.

- Own the demand generation strategy end to end, across paid media, organic search, organic social, partnerships and referral.
- Grow the audience year round rather than campaign by campaign, keeping the engine running between events.
- Build the automated nurture programme that onboards new data and hands genuinely engaged prospects to the campaign team.
- Own and allocate the demand generation budget across channels based on performance.
- Own the numbers: traffic growth, CPL, audience growth, engagement, conversion rates across paid media, landing pages and nurture emails.
- Manage and develop one direct report.

You will need:
- Genuine demand generation or audience growth experience
- Knowledge of your own numbers
- Think segmentation at scale, databases you have grown, how you grow the size of an addressable audience and which levers you pull
- A real testing mentality
- Experience getting performance out of a paid media agency
