Demand Generation Lead | Tech-for-Good | Up to £60k + commission

Location

Bristol - 2 days per week

I’m supporting one of my longest standing clients who are a brilliant tech-for-good fintech that’s building technology used by some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

They sit at the intersection of fintech, SaaS, AI and responsible investment using technology to give investors more transparency, more control and a genuine voice in the companies they own.

Very cool business, diverse, smart people with a proper mission behind it.

And they’re now looking for a Demand Generation Lead to help seriously accelerate growth. 🚀

Brief

Build the engine that gets them in front of more of the right people.
You’ll be targeting some pretty chunky organisations, global asset managers, institutional investors and other major financial institutions, particularly across the US market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Think:

  • Building creative outbound campaigns into enterprise accounts
  • Finding senior decision-makers and working out what will actually get their attention
  • Turning market news and industry developments into reasons to start conversations
  • Making conferences and events actually generate pipeline
  • Working closely with sales, founders and genuine industry experts
  • Experimenting, measuring, tweaking and figuring out what works
  • Ultimately building the demand-gen playbook rather than inheriting one

This is not a “keep the marketing calendar ticking over” job.
They want someone commercial who gets a kick out of creating pipeline, someone who can research a huge target account, find the five people worth speaking to, understand what they care about and create a reason for them to respond.

You’ll probably have 3–6ish years across B2B demand gen, growth, SDR/outbound or pipeline generation, ideally within SaaS, fintech or financial services. You absolutely do not need to arrive as an expert in their niche.
Curiosity matters more and being the sort of person who sees a relatively blank playbook and thinks “excellent, I can build this properly” will help enormously.

The progression is interesting too. As the function grows, this could naturally develop towards broader leadership, enterprise sales or partnerships depending on where your strengths take you.

Benefits

  • 💰 Up to £60k + commission
  • 📍 Bristol / hybrid – 2 days per week
  • 📈 Genuine ownership of pipeline generation
  • 🧠 Fintech + SaaS + AI
  • 🌍 Tech-for-good / purpose-led business
  • 🚀 Loads of scope to make the role your own

If you're brilliant at getting B2B companies into conversations they weren't already having, I want to hear from you.
