Role Overview

Our client is a fast-growing advisory business with an established reputation. Following sustained year-on-year growth, they are investing heavily in marketing to build a scalable demand engine, strengthen market presence and support ambitious international growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to own a broad marketing function end-to-end, build the processes from the ground up, and see the direct commercial impact of your work on pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

The Demand Generation Manager will own the strategy and execution of an integrated, data-driven marketing function, building a scalable pipeline of qualified leads and driving client engagement across UK and US markets, while working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future growth trajectory of the business.

Role Highlights

  • Own the demand generation strategy end-to-end, building a repeatable, measurable pipeline of marketing-qualified leads that translates directly into commercial growth.
  • Lead a major brand and website relaunch, architecting a multi-channel go-to-market presence built for scale.
  • Build and optimise the martech stack, CRM, email automation, SEO and social - to create a connected, data-driven engine rather than disconnected campaigns.
  • Design and run full-funnel marketing programmes, from top-of-funnel awareness through to sales-ready leads, working closely with the business development team.
  • Own performance analytics end-to-end - build dashboards, track funnel metrics and pipeline impact, run experiments, and iterate based on data rather than instinct. Manage external agencies where needed to extend capacity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

  • Previous marketing experience in a B2B, professional services, talent or another relationship-led, high-growth environment.
  • Strong technical fluency across the modern marketing stack - CRM, marketing automation, SEO, analytics/dashboards and social platforms - with a genuine interest in the tools, not just the tactics.
  • Excellent brand instincts paired with the ability to turn strategy into scalable, always-on campaigns rather than one-off activity.
  • The confidence to build and own systems independently, while influencing senior stakeholders and leadership on the direction of the function.
  • A data-first mindset - comfortable defining KPIs, building reporting from scratch, and using metrics to prove and improve marketing's contribution to revenue.
