Demand Generation Manager
B2B SaaS | £40,000 | Northampton | Hybrid Working
Are you a commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys turning campaigns into leads, opportunities and measurable pipeline?
We’re recruiting a Demand Generation Manager for an established B2B SaaS business in Northampton.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to take an audience from initial engagement through to qualified lead, using a mix of targeted campaigns, content, email nurture, LinkedIn and marketing automation.
You’ll join a collaborative marketing team and take ownership of demand generation activity, testing what works, measuring performance and continuously improving campaigns based on the data.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver integrated B2B demand generation campaigns
- Generate and nurture leads through the marketing funnel
- Build targeted email nurture and marketing automation campaigns
- Use LinkedIn across both paid and organic activity to reach key audiences
- Develop campaigns around content such as webinars, guides, reports and product launches
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and support conversion
- Track campaign performance across engagement, leads, MQLs and opportunities
- Analyse results and adjust campaigns based on what the data tells you
- Manage prospects and campaign activity through CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Test new messaging, audiences, channels and campaign approaches

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have experience within B2B SaaS, technology, professional services or another considered-purchase B2B environment. We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
- B2B demand generation or lead generation experience
- Experience creating campaigns that generate measurable leads
- Email marketing, nurture and automation experience
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel
- Confidence working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- A data-led approach to campaign optimisation
- Experience tracking marketing activity through to leads or opportunities
- The ability to manage campaigns from initial idea through to delivery and analysis
