Demand Generation Manager

Remote UK

About the role

Our client is a fast-scaling, AI-powered SaaS platform used by enterprise and mid-market businesses globally, looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the top of the funnel: driving qualified pipeline through organic channels and owned paid budget.

This is a pipeline-accountable role rather than a brand or content-focused one, offering the chance to join a platform that has already established strong traction in the market, while still operating with the agility and impact of a small, growing team.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning organic acquisition: SEO, content distribution, community/social, partnerships and co-marketing
  • Planning and managing paid spend across paid search, paid social and retargeting against a defined CAC target
  • Building nurture sequences (email/lifecycle) to move leads from top-of-funnel to sales-ready
  • Defining and owning the MQL → SQL handoff with Sales, including lead scoring criteria
  • Running experiments across channels and killing/scaling based on cost-per-lead and pipeline contribution
  • Maintaining and optimising landing pages and basic on-page SEO
  • Weekly funnel reporting (MQLs, SQLs, cost-per-lead, channel ROI) and monthly readouts to senior leadership
  • Owning the marketing side of the CRM/marketing automation stack (HubSpot)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
