POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to help turn great marketing into measurable commercial results.
You’ll take ownership of how Creative ITC generates demand across campaigns, ABM, events, paid media, email and other acquisition channels, with a clear focus on creating qualified opportunities and pipeline. You won’t be expected to do everything yourself. We have specialist agency support across digital and tele-prospecting, so you can focus on strategy, campaigns, performance, and ensuring our investment delivers results.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop pre- and post-event activity to maximise meetings, engagement and pipeline.
- Own the strategy and performance of paid media across channels such as LinkedIn and Google, working with our specialist digital agency on execution and optimisation.
- Develop email, nurture and direct-mail programmes to engage priority prospects and accounts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
