We believe in bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and the drive to transform knowledge into impact. Here, your curiosity fuels progress, your voice shapes innovation, and your ambition helps redefine what’s possible within science and learning. We are a culture that obsesses over impact, challenges, and drives what’s next to power infinite possibilities for our customers, colleagues and society at large.
About the Role:
The Demand Generation Manager will drive new pipeline across Wiley’s AI, Analytics and Data (AIDA) solutions portfolio, targeting new customers, verticals and market segments. You will own demand generation activity from audience identification and campaign planning through to execution, optimisation and reporting. Working closely with Sales, you will focus on generating high-quality leads and ensuring marketing activity contributes directly to commercial pipeline and revenue goals. This is a hands-on role combining strong B2B marketing execution, commercial thinking and data-led decision-making. As part of a relatively new team, you will also need to be confident taking ownership, working independently and helping to shape effective ways of working.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver always-on, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid social, content syndication, webinars, events and other relevant channels.
- Define target audiences and ideal customer profiles, using customer, market and intent data to identify new prospects and tailor campaigns to different segments.
- Build campaign plans around pipeline and revenue goals, using conversion rates, deal values and lead requirements to inform activity and measure success.
- Partner closely with Sales to agree marketing-qualified lead criteria, review lead quality and use feedback to improve campaign targeting and performance.
- Develop campaign briefs and adapt Wiley’s commercial messaging and copy for different audiences and channels, working with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, creative and audience teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data to optimise targeting, messaging and channel activity and report on lead volume, pipeline influence, cost per lead and return on investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
