Lead the Demand Generation Strategy
Lead the demand generation strategy for a fast-growing B2B technology business, driving qualified pipeline and revenue through paid media, SEO, website optimisation, and multi-channel campaigns. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll use data, experimentation, and performance insights to optimise acquisition and fuel sustainable business growth.

We're partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business looking for a commercially-minded Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of its inbound growth strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own the full demand generation engine, from paid acquisition and SEO through to website optimisation, conversion rate improvement, and pipeline growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll have the autonomy to test new ideas, optimise performance, and directly influence revenue.

Description
- Own the inbound demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and partnership channels
- Drive growth in MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and marketing-generated revenue
- Manage and optimise paid acquisition across Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Develop technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies
- Improve website conversion through landing page optimisation and A/B testing
- Design and execute experiments to improve acquisition performance
- Analyse funnel performance using metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and pipeline conversion
- Collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing to launch high-performing campaigns

Profile
- 5+ years' experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing within B2B SaaS
- A proven track record of scaling inbound acquisition and SMB demand generation
- Hands-on expertise managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns (Meta experience advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, and performance marketing
- Experience running structured experimentation programmes and A/B testing
- Confidence interpreting data and turning insights into commercial action
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Apollo
Job Offer
- Salary: £60k - £65k + Bens
- Location: Hybrid working - London - 2 days a week onsite
