This role is based 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH.

Our client is a fast-growing advisory business with an established reputation. Following sustained year-on-year growth and an exciting brand evolution, they are investing in marketing to strengthen their market presence, generate new business opportunities and support ambitious international growth. The Growth Lead will lead the development and delivery of an integrated marketing strategy, supporting brand growth, lead generation and client engagement across UK and US markets while working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future of the business.

Role Highlights

  • Develop and deliver a strategic marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Lead a major brand and website relaunch across multiple marketing channels.
  • Manage digital marketing activity including social media, content, SEO, CRM and email campaigns.
  • Build marketing programmes that generate qualified leads and support business development.
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimise marketing activity and manage external agencies where required.

You Will Need

  • Previous marketing experience within professional services, talent, recruitment or another relationship-led environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, CRM, website management and social media.
  • Excellent brand awareness with the ability to translate strategy into engaging campaigns.
  • Confidence working independently while influencing senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • A commercial mindset supported by strong analytical skills and a passion for measuring marketing performance.
