LoyaltyLion is the leading loyalty and engagement platform trusted by thousands of ecommerce brands worldwide.
It’s been an incredible few years for LoyaltyLion. We’ve closed $22m in funding; built out our Leadership team; achieved spots in both the Deloitte Fast 50 and the FT1000 and at the start of this year we were named no.1 in loyalty management worldwide by G2 and voted the 8th best software company in the UK.
We’re already the No.1 loyalty platform worldwide (G2) and trusted by more $10m+ brands on Shopify than any other loyalty specialist (including brands with over $1b), meaning we're uniquely well placed to deliver value to our Partners and increase revenue growth from this channel.
Role Overview
The Demand Generation Manager has one clear priority, use the LoyaltyLion website to reach and convert more brands. The role plays a crucial part across our inbound efforts, supporting the Demand Director across all areas of content development from creative scripts to website content, and site optimisation initiatives covering both SEO and CRO to grow our visibility and experience for potential customers.
Responsibilities
This role helps the Demand team work closely and collaboratively with the Brand team to ensure the site meets brand guidelines, TOV, leverages key messaging and supports demand metrics. This role is the demand team’s champion of the website, working to build new pages, experiences and experiments with other members of the team with the goal of reaching more potential customers and converting them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
