Demand Generation Manager
London (hybrid – in-office Wednesdays & Fridays)
Our client is a fast-growing care technology company, transforming how social care is delivered through its care management platform. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of the growth engine, with clear commercial responsibility for pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound growth, building an acquisition engine that consistently hits SQL and revenue targets.
- Set and execute the multi-channel growth strategy across paid, organic, partnerships and emerging channels.
- Own paid acquisition across search and social, from strategy to hands-on execution and budget optimisation.
- Drive organic and new-channel growth through SEO and partnerships.
- Build HubSpot nurture journeys, segmentation and automation to turn demand into qualified pipeline.
- Own the website as a growth channel, improving journeys and conversion through A/B testing.
- Run a rigorous experimentation programme across channels, audiences, messaging and creative.
- Use AI tools and automation to speed up workflows and sharpen analysis.
- Own growth reporting across CAC, CPL, conversion, SQLs, pipeline, revenue and ROI.

What we're looking for

- Several years' experience scaling growth, ideally in B2B SaaS and high-volume acquisition.
- Proven success improving acquisition efficiency and conversion, with clear commercial results.
- Deep hands-on expertise in paid acquisition, CRO, A/B testing and landing-page optimisation.
- Strong HubSpot and analytics capability, able to diagnose funnel performance and act on insight.
- Experience building automated nurture journeys that convert demand into qualified leads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth and emerging acquisition channels.
- An experimental mindset and fluency with AI tools to work faster and unlock new growth.
