About Nutritics💥

Nutritics is redefining how hospitality and foodservice businesses operate. We give organisations complete clarity and control over their food, menus, supply chains, and environmental impact. Trusted by 500+ customers worldwide, from contract caterers and restaurant groups to healthcare and education providers, we are the platform of choice for businesses that take food data seriously.

Backed by PE investment, we're scaling rapidly across UK&I and expanding into the US market. Our ambition: to become the world's most trusted food information platform.

Nutritics is building a demand generation function to fuel our pipeline and drive revenue growth. Reporting into the Marketing Director, this is a hands-on, technical GTM role owning the strategy and execution of everything that builds qualified pipeline across UK/I and US target sectors. This includes account-based marketing, paid media, SEO, campaign infrastructure and prospect/customer nurture. You'll be commercially accountable for MQL volume and CAC, and you're AI-first in how you work.

This is a pivotal hire as Nutritics scales in UK/I & expands into the United States.

Main Responsibilities💻

  • Demand Gen & ABM Strategy: Own and execute demand generation and ABM strategy across paid search, paid social, email, content syndication, SEO and events/webinars, driving qualified pipeline and nurturing prospects across UK/I and US target segments.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Own MQL volume and CAC by segment. Report weekly to the Marketing Director with a clear, defensible line from spend to pipeline. Track ROI, cost per lead and conversion rates, and use the data to shape future campaigns.
  • Systems & Martech Stack: Build and manage the marketing technology stack and infrastructure end-to-end including CRM/marketing automation platform, event tracking, GTM, GA4, heatmapping and attribution, to run nurture campaigns, track lead engagement and deliver pipeline insight to Sales.
  • CRO & Testing: Design and run statistically valid A/B tests across landing pages, campaigns and lifecycle sequences, document and share learnings.
  • Nurture & Retention: Own prospect and customer nurture and retention programmes in partnership with the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Budget Management: Manage UK/I and US paid media budgets, optimising for pipeline contribution over volume or clicks.
  • Sales & RevOps Partnership: Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead routing, scoring and pipeline review.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
