A rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to support its continued commercial growth. The role sits within an integrated Marketing and Communications function and will focus on strengthening the firm’s market position, driving the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Digital and Acquisition, you will own the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel demand generation campaigns. This will include:
    • Market research
    • Audience segmentation
    • Campaign planning
    • Content development and digital activation across channels including SEO, PPC, social media and email
  • Develop lead-nurturing strategies and work closely with divisional leaders and the wider bid and sales teams to ensure marketing activity contributes directly to pipeline development and revenue generation.
  • Optimise the digital sales funnel through marketing automation, CRM management and performance analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies, improve the customer journey and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all marketing activity meets the requirements of a regulated professional services environment.

  • Strong experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within financial services, professional services or another complex and regulated sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels, CRM platforms, marketing automation and campaign analytics.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • A commercially focused and analytical marketer who can operate strategically, manage campaigns independently and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
