A well-established and fast-growing financial services firm is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help drive its growth. The role sits within a busy marketing and communications team that plays an important part in winning new business. The successful candidate will help strengthen the firm’s brand and attract potential clients across a range of specialist consultancy services.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Acquisition
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for planning and running marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate new business opportunities. The role will involve working closely with senior leaders and the wider bid team to make sure marketing activity supports the firm’s commercial goals.

The Demand Generation Manager will manage campaigns from start to finish, including:
- Researching target markets
- Identifying audiences
- Creating digital content
- Setting up lead-nurturing campaigns
The role will involve using a combination of content marketing, paid advertising, email, and other digital channels to reach and engage potential clients, particularly those working in complex and regulated industries.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have solid experience within financial or professional services. They should have experience running demand generation campaigns across areas such as:
- SEO
- PPC
- Social media
- Email marketing
They must also be able to evidence generating business.
