The Demand Generation Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving digital presence and sales support for our Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across events, social, email, and content channels to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support measurable business growth.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership to build campaigns that truly move the needle. If you're passionate about storytelling, data-driven marketing, and helping a global brand grow, we’d love to meet you. This is an individual contributor role.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize initiatives based on performance data.
  • Email Strategy & Execution: Write and program email marketing outreach to our targeted markets to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
