Demand Generation Manager — B2B Payments (London, Hybrid)
Up to £65,000 + 10% bonus + equity · Hybrid, 3 days a week in London
The 30-second version
A fast-scaling UK payments business is hiring its Demand Generation Manager to own demand gen and ABM as it moves into its next stage of growth. You will not inherit a big machine to babysit. You will build the engine: campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email and webinars, ABM into high-value accounts, and a nurture system in HubSpot that turns activity into pipeline. You work hand in glove with Sales, and you can point to your work in the revenue number. Roughly 60% demand gen, 40% ABM.
Why this seat is worth taking
This is a build, not a maintenance job. The company is scaling fast and genuinely investing in marketing, so you get to shape how demand generation works here rather than step into someone else's rigid playbook. You will sit close to Sales, Product Marketing and RevOps, test what works, and be trusted to run with the ideas that land. If you want marketing you can tie directly to pipeline and revenue, this is it.
What you'll own
- Full-funnel B2B demand generation across LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars and content syndication, from first touch through to accelerating deals already in the pipeline.
- ABM into high-value accounts, from personalised 1:1 activity to broader account programmes, built with Sales around real priority accounts.
- The HubSpot engine: lead nurture journeys, conversion workflows, and clean reporting on what is actually driving pipeline.
- Sharper targeting and timing using account intelligence and intent data.
- A real test-and-learn habit across messaging, audiences, channels and creative, optimised on performance rather than launched and forgotten.
- The numbers that matter, owned and reported: MQLs, SQLs, CPL, pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Landing pages and campaign assets, built with the wider marketing team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we need from you
- Around 3 to 5+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing or ABM, where you built and ran campaigns yourself, not just coordinated an agency.
- A real grasp of how marketing connects to pipeline and revenue, and the data to prove it.
- Hands-on in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. You are in the platforms, not directing from a distance.
- ABM experience targeting specific accounts or groups of accounts.
- Someone who likes building from scratch in a fast-moving business where not everything is figured out yet, and who brings genuine energy for the work. This is not a role to coast in.

Nice to have
- Fintech, payments or B2B SaaS experience is a real advantage, though we care more about a genuinely strong demand gen marketer than the word "payments" on a CV.
- Intent data and ABM platforms (Cognism, 6sense and the like).
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude in your workflow, with the standards to make the output actually good.
Before you apply
To keep this quick and fair for everyone, this is the right role for you if:
- You have built and run B2B demand gen campaigns yourself, and can point to pipeline you have influenced.
- You are genuinely hands-on in HubSpot and the ad platforms.
- You want a fast-paced scale-up, not a big-brand machine to maintain.
- You are UK-based and can be in the London office three days a week.
If that is you, we would love to see your application.
The package
- Up to £65,000
- 10% annual bonus, with the ability to earn above target
- Equity / share scheme
- Hybrid, three days a week in the London office
How we hire
Short and sharp. A first call to talk through your demand gen work, a working session on a real problem you would own here, a conversation with the team, then an offer.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
