Demand Generation Manager

Social Care Tech SaaS | Hybrid London | £70,000–£75,000

Here's what most care providers still don't have: visibility over whether their teams are delivering consistent, high-quality care. It's not that they don't care. It's that the tools available to them are outdated, fragmented and frankly built for control, not insight.

A high-growth SaaS platform exists to solve that. It brings activity data, compliance tracking and team management together in a way that actually helps care leaders make better decisions. It's the difference between asking "What happened?" and actually understanding "What should happen next?"

With 2,000+ care providers already using the platform and strong growth momentum, this business has proven there's a genuine market for a product built around trust, insight and real care delivery outcomes.

The business is at £5.5m ARR with a team of roughly 30 people. The product works. The proof points are there. What's needed now is a scalable acquisition engine that turns market demand into predictable, profitable growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your Challenge

You will own the entire demand generation motion, from channel strategy through to conversion and lifecycle. Paid search, paid social, SEO, content, partnerships, nurture, all of it feeds into one clear objective: qualified pipeline for Sales, measurable revenue impact for the business.

This is hands-on work. You will manage budget, run experiments across channels, improve conversion journeys and build HubSpot automation that actually moves prospects through the funnel. You will report against commercial outcomes: CAC, pipeline contribution, revenue impact. You will own the number and be accountable for delivering it.

Why This Role is Particularly Interesting

What makes this role particularly interesting is the scope to build. This company isn't looking for someone to execute a playbook. They're looking for someone to identify what works, prove it's worth doing and then build a sustainable demand generation function around it. If you can demonstrate that a channel works and quantify the ROI, there is real scope to shape investment strategy and build out the team around you.

What You Bring

You're likely someone with 4 to 6 years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing. You've managed paid media budget. You understand SEO and organic channels. You're confident in HubSpot and marketing automation. Most importantly, you're comfortable owning a commercial metric and being held accountable for pipeline creation. You use AI as part of your day-to-day thinking and execution.

What You'll Get

For someone who wants genuine autonomy, commercial transparency and the chance to shape how a function grows, this is a compelling moment to join. You'll be marketing a product that genuinely solves a problem, you'll have clarity over your commercial impact, and you'll have space to build something rather than simply inherit it.
