About Us

We were founded back in 1969 and have grown from very humble beginnings to a £1.3b global technical recruitment specialist organisation. With over 30 offices UK wide, office in Canada, USA, Australia and Europe, we are the UK's leading technical recruitment agency and the 3rd largest globally. Morson Group consists of multiple specialist practices that offer complex talent solution needs across Engineering and Technology. Ranking nationally as one of the Best Big Companies™ to work for, whilst being recognised for excelling in the area of Learning and Development, it has never been a better time to explore career opportunities at Morson Group.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of inbound lead generation across Morson Group and help turn marketing activity into measurable commercial results.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across paid media, marketing automation, email, lead generation and performance reporting, working across three key business areas - Edge, Praxis and Vital - as well as supporting candidate acquisition through morson.com.

You’ll be responsible for driving the two things that matter most: generating quality leads and proving the return on marketing investment.

It’s also an opportunity to help shape and develop the Group’s demand generation and performance capability as we continue to build a more data-led approach to marketing.

Where you’ll sit

You’ll join our central Demand & Performance team, reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director and working closely with SEO and our embedded SBU marketing teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Build and optimise marketing automation, lead scoring and lead-routing journeys to ensure enquiries reach the right sales or resourcing teams.
  • Own Group email marketing, including campaigns, automated workflows and lifecycle nurture journeys across both client and candidate audiences.
  • Manage audience lists, consent and deliverability, ensuring email activity is both effective and well governed.
  • Develop a clear attribution model that allows us to understand cost per lead, cost per application and the wider contribution of marketing to pipeline.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, continually reallocating budget towards the activity delivering the strongest returns.
  • Work with SEO and Digital Marketing colleagues to set conversion targets and improve performance across the customer journey.
  • Develop clear, commercially focused reporting that demonstrates channel performance, revenue contribution and ROI to senior leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience owning and managing a demand generation, performance marketing or paid media budget, with measurable results to demonstrate your impact.
  • Strong hands-on experience across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Experience working with a marketing automation or CRM platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce or similar.
  • A good understanding of attribution, conversion tracking and analytics, including GA4, UTM governance and campaign measurement.
  • The ability to connect marketing activity and spend to leads, pipeline, revenue and ROI.
  • Strong email marketing experience, including campaign management, automated workflows and lifecycle/nurture journeys.
  • A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to challenge performance, optimise spend and make decisions based on data.
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and business areas in a fast-paced environment.

Why this role?

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and visibility over demand generation rather than simply managing individual campaigns.

You’ll have the scope to influence how Morson Group generates, nurtures and converts demand, while helping build the measurement and reporting capability that will shape our future marketing strategy.
