Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Are you a B2B SaaS marketer who knows how to turn campaigns into genuine pipeline?
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, AI-first SaaS business in London that is using artificial intelligence to transform how businesses understand and engage with their customers.
Following an exciting period of growth, they’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to take ownership of demand generation, build scalable campaigns and directly influence pipeline and revenue.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and execute the demand generation strategy
- Build campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, email, content, and events
- Drive MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline
- Develop targeted ABM and outbound campaigns
- Own lead nurturing, lifecycle journeys, and marketing automation
- Partner closely with Sales on ICPs, targeting, and messaging
- Track and optimise CPL, CAC, conversion, and ROI
- Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency
- Continually test new channels, messaging, and campaign ideas

What we’re looking for:
- Previous B2B SaaS marketing experience is essential
- Strong demand generation or growth marketing background
- Proven experience generating qualified pipeline and revenue
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation, ideally HubSpot
- Commercial, analytical, and confident working with data
- Excited by AI, technology, and high-growth environments
- Hands-on, ambitious, and full of ideas
