ID5

ID5 enables addressable and measurable advertising to support the growth of the digital economy and provide free and safe access to content and services. Technical changes, signal loss, and increasingly more stringent data protection regulations require new, advanced technologies that enable audience addressability while respecting people’s privacy preferences.

ID5 has risen to this challenge and developed solutions that support publishers’ and marketers’ need for better addressability. Its laser focus on Identity sets it apart from competitive solutions and enables the company to offer the most advanced and sophisticated identity services to over 100,000 media properties, and hundreds of technology platforms and advertisers, making it the most adopted identity solution in the market.

ID5's growth depends on reaching the right accounts across a complex, multi-sided ecosystem — publishers, advertisers, ad tech and data platforms — where strategic partnerships often matter as much as direct sales. As we grow our offering and reach, marketing has to work hand-in-hand with Sales and our Partnerships team to identify, engage, and convert the accounts and partners that move the business forward.

We're hiring a Director, Demand Generation & Partner Marketing to own this end-to-end: setting the demand generation and partner marketing strategy, building the campaigns and nurture programs that engage our priority accounts, and turning leads into pipeline. You'll partner closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Product Marketing, Communications, and our Partnerships team to plan and execute every campaign, sponsorship, and partner activation.

What You'll Do

  • Own and set the demand generation and partner marketing strategy for ID5, translating company growth goals into program priorities across sponsorships, account-based marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Own budget planning across sponsorships, events, and demand generation programs.
  • Build and maintain an account-based messaging matrix with Product Marketing to keep campaigns and content on-positioning.
  • Maintain the target account list and design and deploy lead generation campaigns — inbound and outbound, account-based and multi-channel — that engage them.
  • Own demand gen reporting — KPIs, CRM data accuracy, and attribution.
  • Identify, evaluate, and decide which sponsorship and event opportunities to pursue — sponsoring or hosting — based on their ability to engage our priority account list and target audience.
  • For company-hosted events, partner with Sales and Partnerships to build the invitee list and drive outreach campaigns that maximize registration and attendance.
  • Partner with Comms on event content and the Events Manager on logistics, ensuring events reflect ID5's brand.
  • Own the partner relationship as the marketing point of contact, driving co-marketing, activation campaigns, collateral, case studies, and thought leadership that help Partnerships close more deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
