Demand Generation Specialist:
Fast-growing Payments scale-up looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to sit at the centre of our GTM engine, owning everything from the first campaign impression through to pipeline that Sales can actually close. You'll blend always-on demand generation with sharp, targeted ABM plays.
If you like building campaigns from scratch, being close to revenue numbers, and working hand in hand with Sales and RevOps rather than in a marketing silo, this is built for you.
Demand Generation:
- Building and optimising multi-channel campaigns (paid social, Google, programmatic, email, webinars) to drive inbound and outbound pipeline
- Owning the numbers: MQLs, SQLs, CPL, pipeline influenced
- Running nurture and conversion workflows in HubSpot
- Managing paid LinkedIn and Google acquisition/remarketing campaigns
- Owning our social presence

Account-Based Marketing:
- Designing and running 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programs alongside Sales
- Crafting tailored messaging and outreach for key verticals (lending, debt collection, subscriptions)
- Using intent data and tools like Cognism to prioritise target accounts
- Tracking ABM impact on engagement, velocity and deal size

What we're looking for:
- 3-5+ years in B2B demand gen or ABM, ideally fintech, SaaS or payments
- A track record of campaigns that move the revenue needle, not just vanity metrics
- Hands-on HubSpot (or similar) experience
- Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Analytical, test-and-iterate mindset
- Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Product Marketing and RevOps
Bonus points:
- Knowledge of UK/European payments (open banking, VRPs, card acquiring)
