Job Summary

Looking for a Demand Manager or Talent/Resource Manager/Lead someone who is experienced in Demand/Supply management / Capacity management / Resource Utilisation/ Budget Tracking P&L / Process improvement. This person will manage the resourcing for large scale transformation projects under telecom client.

Role Purpose

Lead OSS TMO with ownership of demand, capacity, financial governance, and portfolio reporting, enabling effective delivery across large-scale (300+ applications) agile transformation programs.

Mandatory Experience

  • Proven experience in Demand Management (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in delivering Agile programs in large-scale environments (mandatory)
  • Experience managing large portfolios and multi-vendor delivery ecosystems
  • Strong background in:
    • Governance and reporting
    • Financial tracking (Done Financial Tracking for Large Programs NOT Portfolio)
    • Capacity planning

Key Responsibilities

Demand Management

  • Own and drive end-to-end demand management lifecycle across OSS portfolio
  • Prioritize and align demand with business objectives, capacity, and delivery constraints
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear intake, validation, and approval of demand pipeline

Capacity Management

  • Manage and optimize capacity planning across OSS delivery teams
  • Ensure resource alignment to demand pipeline and program priorities
  • Track utilization and proactively address capacity gaps or overbooking risks

Budget Tracking & Financial Control

  • Track and manage program and portfolio budgets vs. actuals
  • Provide regular updates on forecast, variances, and financial risks
  • Ensure alignment with overall commercial and financial governance

Process Improvement & Ways of Working

  • Drive continuous improvement in TMO processes, governance models, and delivery frameworks
  • Standardize and enhance Ways of Working (WoW) across OSS programs
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for delivery optimization

Portfolio Governance & Reporting (300+ Applications)

  • Lead governance and reporting for large-scale OSS portfolio (~300 applications)
  • Ensure:
    • Consistent reporting standards
    • Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path
    • Own integrated program plan
    • Portfolio-level visibility (health, risks, performance)
    • Alignment across multiple workstreams and platforms
  • Provide executive-level insights and portfolio dashboards
  • Manage change requests and scope control
  • Prepare dashboards, executive summaries, KPI reports
