Demand Manager

We're recruiting for a newly created Demand Manager role, responsible for leading customer demand planning and forecasting activities while acting as a key link between customers and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to drive forecast accuracy, improve service performance, support S&OP processes, and build strong customer relationships within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain customer demand forecasts across product categories.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Identify demand risks, opportunities, promotions, and product launch impacts.
  • Lead forecasting reviews and support the demand side of the S&OP process.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, service KPIs, and inventory requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations and Planning to align demand with production capacity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.

About You

  • Experience in Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, S&OP, or Commercial Planning.
  • Proven customer-facing experience within a supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting experience is advantageous.
  • FMCG, food, drinks, or consumer products experience is highly desirable.
