UPP is the UK's leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, operating across a diverse portfolio of university partnerships. We are passionate about creating exceptional places for students to live and learn, and we're looking for a creative and driven marketing professional to help engage students and support occupancy across our portfolio.

About the Role

We are looking for a Demand Marketing Executive to join our Partnerships team to help deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate demand, enhance student engagement and support commercial performance.

Working closely with the Senior Demand Marketing Manager and wider team, you'll coordinate and deliver campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, content and university partner channels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in creating compelling student-focused marketing activity while developing your marketing expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role is based at our award-winning London office, conveniently located near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument stations, and offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to occupancy, booking cycles and student recruitment activity.
  • Support targeted campaigns for new students, returning residents and priority locations.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, briefs and approvals across internal teams, university partners and agencies.
  • Support the delivery of marketing plans and contracted marketing activities with university partners.
  • Build and deliver targeted CRM and email campaigns across the student lifecycle.
  • Create audience segments and tailor communications to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage day-to-day content requirements across websites, CRM, digital, print and university partner channels.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns, booking cycles and business priorities.
  • Coordinate UPP's organic social media activity and support student engagement campaigns.
  • Source and develop authentic student content, including testimonials, photography, video and user-generated content.
  • Support influencer, creator and student advocacy initiatives.
  • Coordinate agencies, suppliers and marketing administration activities, including purchase orders and budget tracking.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
