Building the marketing department for the future
Marketing at Euromonitor is being reimagined. We're building an AI-powered growth engine: agentic, automated, and data and tech led. A B2B marketing system designed for 2030, not 2015.
Behind it sits an advantage most companies would envy: original research from analysts across 210 markets, and decades of proprietary data built over more than 50 years. Our job is to turn that into growth.
And not incremental growth. We're not here for 10% better. We're building for 10x, and then 100x. That ambition sets the standard for everything we do, and everyone we hire.
So this is for people who want to drive transformation, not wait for it. Restless. Ambitious. More interested in building the engine than operating one someone else designed. If that sounds like you, this is a rare moment to join Euromonitor, and something special to be part of.
Purpose of the role
The Demand Marketing Lead, UK, is a key driver of revenue growth in the UK market, accountable for the leads and opportunities generated, the pipeline created, and the revenue closed. This is a hands-on, target-holding role: running an always-on demand generation programme tailored to the UK, tailoring global campaigns and initiatives for regional impact, and developing the local initiatives this market specifically needs.
Key accountabilities
- Act as a key driver of revenue growth in the UK market, accountable for the leads and opportunities generated, the pipeline created, and the revenue closed.
- Run an always-on UK demand generation programme, covering campaigns, lead nurture and regional initiatives.
- Take global campaigns and initiatives and tailor them for the UK market to drive engagement and ROI.
- Identify opportunities specific to the UK market and develop initiatives to go after them, such as local events, partnerships and competitive responses.
- Partner closely with local sales teams on hand-off criteria, pipeline reviews, forecasting and lead scoring and qualification.
- Work with centralized marketing automation, CRM and paid media teams to brief and guide regional execution, rather than running these platforms directly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What success looks like
- UK pipeline and closed-won revenue targets consistently met or exceeded, in partnership with the local sales team.
- Global campaigns land with strong engagement and ROI once tailored for the UK market.
- UK-specific initiatives make a measurable contribution to pipeline, beyond centrally run programmes alone.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in demand generation or performance marketing, ideally including experience holding a personal revenue or pipeline target.
- All experience must be in B2B marketing. A B2C-only background won't fit this role.
- Has personally held and delivered against a revenue target before, not just a lead or activity target.
- Comfortable partnering closely with local sales teams on hand-off, forecasting and pipeline reviews.
- Track record of tailoring national or global campaigns for a specific market, with a clear focus on ROI.
- Confident briefing and directing centralized marketing automation, CRM and paid media specialists, even without running those platforms hands-on day to day.
- Some experience working with AI, whether in a professional role or through personal projects, is something we look for in every hire joining Euromonitor Marketing right now.
