Demand Planner - Hybrid / Leeds - £30,000 - £33,000
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a market-leading business in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Demand Planner to join their team.
As a Demand Planner, you will own demand forecasting, inventory investment decisions, and supplier relationships across the business's core product categories, ensuring stock availability while supporting commercial growth.
What's On Offer:
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) with flexible start times and an early finish on a Friday
- Flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free on-site parking

Key Responsibilities:
- Own demand forecasting and weekly order planning to keep stock availability on track
- Develop seasonal buying strategies for promotions and peak trading periods
- Spot stock opportunities and make inventory investment recommendations
- Plan ahead on capacity and run Minimum Order Quantity reviews
- Manage supplier relationships to improve service levels and lead times
- Partner with Channel Managers and report on forecast accuracy, stock levels, and supply chain performance

Previous Experience:
- Analytical and technical background
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
- High attention to detail
