Ready to take ownership, challenge the status quo and make an impact on a global scale? 💚
We're looking for a Demand Planner to join Monster Energy's EMEA Operations team, playing a key role in keeping our products moving across a diverse portfolio of markets.
This is more than just forecasting. It's about turning data into action, building relationships that drive results and ensuring we're always one step ahead of demand.
If you're commercially minded, thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to take ownership, this could be your next move.
The Role
Reporting into the Demand Planning Manager, you'll take ownership of demand forecasting across approximately five to six markets, working closely with commercial teams, distribution partners and wider supply chain functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the Forecast: Maintain accurate demand forecasts within SAP IBP, ensuring the latest market intelligence and customer requirements are reflected across a three-year planning horizon.
- Drive Demand Reviews: Lead monthly demand review meetings with commercial teams and customers, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment across the business.
- Analyse Performance: Monitor forecast accuracy and key planning KPIs, identifying trends, investigating variances and proactively escalating risks.
- Manage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across markets.
- Protect Product Availability: Identify potential stock-out risks, slow-moving inventory and obsolete stock, working cross-functionally to develop solutions.
- Support Business Growth: Partner with NPD, supply planning and commercial teams to support new product launches, market changes and evolving customer demand.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of forecasting processes, planning systems and the wider S&OP agenda.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
