We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer of industrial products based in Leighton Buzzard. This is an excellent temporary opportunity to join a friendly, family-oriented business that values collaboration, supports its employees, and offers a great work-life balance.

The Role
As the Demand Planner, you'll work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure products are manufactured and dispatched efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating weekly dispatch plans alongside the Customer Service and Warehouse teams.
- Managing demand planning and production scheduling.
- Liaising with internal teams to understand customer requirements and production priorities.
- Producing sales, operations, and supply chain reports.
- Preparing works orders for production runs.
- Monitoring demand trends and supporting continuous improvements across the planning process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in Demand Planning or Production Planning.
- Previous experience using SAP.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across different departments.
- A proactive, commercially aware approach to planning.
