Demand Planner – Anaplan Salary up to £55,000 | Shape & Own the Process | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Are you an experienced Demand Planner with strong Anaplan expertise who wants to take real ownership of a company's demand planning process?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international FMCG business at a pivotal point in its planning transformation. Having invested in Anaplan as its demand planning platform, the business is now looking to simplify and maximise the system, improve forecasting capability and take its first real steps towards Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

You'll join a lean, high-performing planning team and have genuine scope to shape how demand planning works. This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain an existing process — you'll have the opportunity to challenge the status quo, improve the use of Anaplan and help build a more effective planning function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
