Demand Planner – Tangle Teezer
Tangle Teezer is a global brand on a simple mission: to give everyone healthier-looking hair with less breakage since 2007. Our gentle brushes are tools for every hair type—straight, curly, fine, fragile, or coily—and every routine. We are proud to be part of BIC World, a community of iconic and inventive brands dedicated to reimagining everyday essentials sustainably and responsibly.
Helping you have healthy hair has been our mission. From massaging to detangling and blow-drying to styling, our brushes are designed to leave you with healthier hair and more confidence.
About the Role
As the Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate forecasts for Tangle Teezer’s Distributor markets by analysing historical trends, sell-through data, and sales plans. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring forecast accuracy, optimised stock levels, and identifying risks vs. financial budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain rolling 18-month demand forecasts using customer inventory data, sell-through metrics, historical trends, and best-practice planning methodologies.
- Work closely with internal commercial teams and Distributor planning partners.
- Utilise statistical data and forecasting models for areas where robust data is unavailable.
- Collaborate with the Production & Purchasing Planner to ensure the demand plan aligns with production capabilities and with the Customer Experience team to fulfil customer needs.
- Highlight risks/opportunities during the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Contribute to product lifecycle management and review ABC classifications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
